Refund Policy

At Dynamic Massage Therapy and Personal Training, we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. If you need to cancel a session, a full refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time.

For cancellations initiated within 24 hours of a session start time, a refund of 50% of the rate will be issued.

​If you wish to reschedule a session prior to the 48-hour start time please notify your therapist or trainer as soon as possible.

 

​Refunds will be returned within 24-72 hours.
