Choose from a curated library of fitness content ranging from flexibility, strength, plyometrics, high intensity, and circuit exercises at your convenience.
You have the option to sync your wearable fitness device such as a smart watch or fitness tracker and import your data to your dashboard.
Access to the basic plan includes the full mobile app training experience plus a 15 minute video or voice call per week for each week of active subscription.
Access to the advanced plan includes everything above in addition too meal planning, calorie tracking, fitness data review, and a weekly 30 minute video/voice call for each week of active subscription.
